Hello Jean/Howard,

In my last post, I was referring to the 4,000 shares that were sold
and not to the options that were excercised and held. My post may sound like I interpreted the 270,000 shares being sold. Not so.
Selling 4,000 shares is not of concern. Tax purposes was probably the reason.
