Mr. G. Elston Johnston reports
Global Tree Technologies Inc. has negotiated a private placement financing
comprised of 12-million units at 10 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of
$1.2-million (Canadian). Each unit comprises one common share and one
two-year warrant. The warrant entitles the holder to purchase one
additional common share at the price of 13 cents during the two-year
period. The proceeds of this financing will be used for general working
capital and payment of current liabilities. This private placement is
subject to regulatory approval. A finder's fee is payable.
