Richard: SPCLQ was the former symbol for Spectrum Information Technologies. When it emerged from bankruptcy, effective, I believe, March 31, the shares underwent a reverse split (about 1 for 75). The new symbol is SITI. The price reflects the post split value. The price has been very volatile on low volume. The Q after SPCL (i.e., SPCLQ) indicated that the company was in bankruptcy.
