This is what I've calculated:

CNVR has 21,460,000 in cash and a 8.97 debt/equity ratio and you think it is a buy?

SMTC has 189,836,400 in cash and a 0.30 debt/equity ratio
and you think that is a sell?

If you are daytrading this fine, you could make that work, but for a swing trade I don't think so. The assumptions you have given don't make since.
