For any document filed with SEC or a NASDAQ requirement, if the document is not properly filled out, can't NASDAQ act to halt trading in the stock? It was previously stated that the S3 may not have been signed. Whether is was or not, whether the thought of a document going out the door unsigned is ridiculuous, is it possible that a security would be halted from trading if not signed or not properly filled out?
