I've never met Ron face to face, but I have dealt with him on the Internet and telephone extensively and consider him a close personal friend.

During 1996, Ron and I have operated our own Shareholder Action Committees. I have made a huge profit by following Ron's informative emails. When it comes to his SAC work, I believe his philosophy is the same as mine. He does whatever he believes is in his OWN LONG TERM best interest which means maintaining his credibility while staying out of the clutches of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He knows that what is in his own long term best interest is also what is in OUR long term best interest and what he tells us is to explain in much greater detail the information already supplied by the company. He does that by asking company management questions directly and if what he tells us is his own opinion, he tells us that also. He looks for sources of information and analysis that pertain to our investment other than that which comes from the company directly. In other words, he double checks what managment is telling us as much as he can.

I think what he is saying on the subject of private placement is in our own long term best interest. I think in the coming months we are going to be pleased with the way this company is being managed and I think we will be pleased with the way Ron is handling his GRNO Shareholder Action Committee.
