I really can't figure out this deal between Laidlaw and Rollins yet. As far as I can tell, Laidlaw wants to get rid of all it's garbage transportation division so it can consentrate on it's buses and ambulance services. There seems to be a larger profit margin in those areas than in refuse transportation. It's almost like Laidlaw is "giving" Rollins this part of the company for exchange of Rollins stock. Don't quote me on that though, I'm not exactly sure what is going on. As far as the bombing, I hadn't heard about it. If it is true, it will probably slow the progress of the deal at hand.
