Fred,
Thank you for your insight. As long as I have been a shareholder, without cashing out, I wish that I too had been able to make a fortune as you apparently have.
Curious that you made no mention of the tire recycling facility? What news on that. Does GTII still own it? any interest in it?
It was, if my memory serves me, reported to shareholders that certain tracts in the Ruidoso ranch (what is its name by the way) were sold for some not inconsiderable sums; and others were in the offing. Perhaps they had merely been offered but no action? I am actually shocked to hear that this asset is "dormant". What is that supposed to mean?
Am I so far off the mark. If you think so then I will get into my attic and dredge out my old literature and correspondence.
What about the Eromanga? Any ORRI optimism, or is that too "dormant"?
I believe that Ms Lee is (was?) a Director of GTII as of late and I can only express grave resrvations about a director who is apparently unaware of such a large asset, whether it is dormant or not.
By the bye, does the company or any of its principals/officers utilize this dormant asset?
Thank you once again for your insights. Looking forward to any additional info you may have.
