Yaacov: Good morning. I am in a quandry. I am thinking about selling my Intel positon. I know that it is a great company a will do great in the future. If I sell right now I will break even. I know that we are not suppose to worry about ocassional dips but I think the current situation is much more grave. I watched INTC go from 165 to 126 on no news(not no news but AMD K6 and interest rate fears). Now there are two lawsuits. There is always something. I cannot fight the Street. I think Intel is great but I do not want to be blind to reality. If I get out even I think there will be buying opportunitties at much lowre prices over the next few weeks to months. If INTC goes up after I sell I will be OK with that. I can't predict the future but I think the Street will hammer INTC for a while. If I was in at 60 or 100 or even 120 I would sit tight. I have a chnce to start over here. What do yu think? Please respond soon as the market opens in30 minutes. Thanks.

JT
