I heard from a friend that according to SEC rule,the analyst(s) from underwriter can not make any public comments on the company 30 days before and after its PO. (Can anybody clearfy whether there is such a rule or not?). If it is true, then we won't see the Elise's report from news wires untill next month. Otherwise, TXB should fire its PR person.
