Received in the mail a flyer attempting to unload 119,400 of hosting, colo and POP space occupied here in Austin by 360 networks. Building is less than a year old, the remnants of 360 is only in 17% of the place, the balance is vacant unimproved warehouse, I guess built for some fantasized expansion. Somebody is sucking some serious wind on this one. Asking $6.5MM. Nice-looking building, but in this market, LOL! I'll buy it when the debt carrying cost psf approximates GX's current share price!
