What's to sell? Q3 run rate revenue is only $70m/yr. and 70-80% of that is from providing service to AOLnet. Assets? Nearly everything is leased. All of AOL has only $127m P+E. DIGX went for about 4.7 x sales and has much larger and juicier roster of corporate accounts.
