Again in all due respect to Mr. Silverman and mr. Solomon, I do not have to cover any short position in Gifs, I do not hold a short position nor have I ever held a short position in Gifs, The shares loaned will be held under a borrow agreement issued by Merrill Lynch for a period of nine months this allows me to borrow against a position I own in resticted Gifs stock, which is a long position, by using this strategy I can purchase more securities leveraging my portfolio, at no time are the shares that are loaned ever sold or encumbered, Simple concept have done it numerous times I work with the most respected names in the stock brokerage business. I am providing any interested Gifs holders with the opportunity to collect a .25 cent per share premium up front and in cash while they continue to maintain their position in Gifs, obviously if i didn't like the company I would not be interested in holding any position in it.
