Victorio, Montle can't do a deal just with his looks. The current number of shares outstanding for any penny stock is small. I have already discounted a share dilution of 100% to make the e-commence deals identified in the filings. Even with 40+MM shares, a company business with earnings would appreciate the stock from current prices. I also think that Montle holds enough stock (including children) to want to protect those interests. He should now be wiser for his past failures. PS, Maxam will use preferred stock to make their deal announced yesterday, no dilution of common. It can be done.
