Timbo, the reality of stocks is that l/2 of the investors now anywhere are day trading on their little PC. You almost HAVE to sell on a move up, and that just adds to the problem, but I tell you it's better than the numb shock of riding it back down, and then comes the bottom panic moves.

So. Smart money buys low and sells high. Probably also sells on highs, period. Unless they leave that all to their fund managers, who probably are also doing that and crashing the spikes back down.

Seems unfair to a stock, but more and more the reality of maintaining sound mental health, no?

What I've noticed browsing through Value Line is that it is a science--if you learn how to play the charts it seems the possibilities are unreal.
