Well, all the CANSLIM rules are there except the stock really isn't surging off a base. Following O'Neil's rules, the right time to buy might have been in early February when THQI did 300,000 share and broke 22, but then again, volume dried up and the stock declined. Probably the best advice is to look at the trend. If you believe THQI will reach 30 or 40, then why worry whether you buy at 22 or 24 or 26?

By the way, I followed O'Neil to the letter with LTBG. I bought at 20 as soon as it surged to a new high off a base. One day later, it was at 17, and is now at 14. Oh, well.
