Try breathing out more than you breathe in. This should heat up the atmosphere noticeably ;). You could try increasing local friction. (According to Fourier, friction energy is practically equivalent to heat.) Stamping feet, shouting, clapping hands, running about, eating copious quantities which should induce the expulsion of warm gas, and lighting fires round about are all contributory. Feel free to indulge. Don't be calorically restricted in any way.

Keep up the good work. We will keep our eye on the thermometer, and wait patiently by the fire until the palm trees take hold. So far it seems to be working.
