It is highly unlikely that your broker would be able to know whether this were true or not. Ask him how he knows. "The insiders are buying" is a typical trick used by some brokers to stimulate orders from clients. In fact, the last two transactions reported to the SEC were sales in February of a total 125,000 shares at $41.
