Hi Nadim: Well thanx for the compliment, like you said it's hard to call the fall..or the big one I'm looking for..it could be way out front, this short June position I have now is more based on her "profit taking" cycle..and it's a cheaper bet. My other bets are out in Jan98..and they are kinda cheap bets too..using MIKES home run idea
I got it from him. If she keeps going up..I'l roll all the way into
99, as they get cheaper. I'm puuting up my dough that AOL is a
scam and will be found that way some time in the future..as there is
no profit in what she is doing ..but I don't want to think I'm
causing others to bet the way I bet if they prove me wrong, so
please do your own home work.
I don't have to open up her books to know that any profit she talks
of is pure rubbish..I visit my local ISP and know how hard it is
for him to make any tyhing and he don't have the overhead AOL has,
on top of that he is smart and can do all his own work, heck AOL
has to hire BNN to build out their system..
Read my last post..about the "brother in-law" factor and how a little
dinky company with a P/E of 259 just got bought by HAL and doubled
in price..and of couse I have no real idea of how much
"brother-in-law factor may be built into AOL" if that's the case
heck for all I know AT&T could buy her for $200 a share, things
don't have to make sence in this system. We place our bets and
takes our chances..Companies don't care about stock holders, forget
that..most of them don't even care about the employess.
It's 90% managment and "brother-in-law" and Fraterity oriented,
and about 10% on the up and up.
Jim
