LABS sees deal as accretive, from Dow Jones:

In a press release Friday, the laboratory operator said Osborn generates about $37 million in annual revenue and that the acquisition will boost Lab One's revenue base to $250 million. In 2000, LabOne had revenue of $169 million.

LabOne expects to generate the $5 million to $10 million in annual savings by eliminating operational overlaps once the companies are combined.
