I think customers are looking for solutions and not products. In that area DCTM has an excellent track record - certainly of all the major players. Price point, complexity of implementations (and time) - many factors coming in to play at this very point in time, I believe. Customers that buy DCTM will continue to do so I'm sure... although price is probably under pressure and will certainly be as time goes forward. It is worth watching all these vendors to detect sales weakness. I expect next year will be pretty strong (and perhaps Q4 as pilots start up). Michael
