SEC filing would be a great proactive start for Cataldo. Many historical questions that you would like answered will probably never be answered to anyones satisfaction. IMHO SEC filing will answer most of the major questions relative to the current state of the company and would establish Cataldos commitment to keeping the promises that he makes. It is important that he keep his word from square one particularly because of MVEEs track record. The Unofficial MVEE web site mvee.com which seems to be the only significant archive of MVEE information, should not have its content determined by a minor investor in Central Ohio, but as we know I own this web site. Actually upon further consideration I think jhild is correct that I should post that I am the site owner, if for no other reason than to encourage the company to use the internet as a means of communicating with investors. My view is to the future, may it be bright.
