Oracle is too hard to administrate for NT administators and it's not yet written specially for NT. Current Oracle database applications for NT is mostly downsized applications. All the main NT based bussiness applications vendors, like State Of The Art, Solomon Software (and we here also) are supporting Oracle, but their main target is SQLServer or special lower class SQL database, like Centura or SYBASE anywhere.
I'm not so sure, that Oracle will be database leader NT market within 1-2 years.
