The guy felt the need to cover up his shirt. That suggests he felt censored. Your misapplying the word censored. Your censored if force is applied to you to prevent you from making a statement or expression. That would extend to threats of force, and indirect or non-physical force such as seizing you assets, but it wouldn't extend to people saying they are offended, and then you deciding not to offend (at least if the reason you decide not to offend isn't a reasonable fear that you will be attacked if you do not).
