WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2000--The Telephone Company of Central Florida, Inc.,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix International Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:PHXU - news), announced that it has
entered into an agreement with BellSouth that will enable TCCF to rapidly deploy Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)
services across BellSouth's territory.

TCCF's CEO, Kip Ripper, said, ``Due to TCCF's favorable contract with BellSouth, and the savings generated by
being able to put all of the DSL loops in each LATA through one access point, TCCF will be able to be more than
competitive in the pricing and speed of delivery of this premium, high speed internet access and data service. Our being
able to offer this state of the art service is an excellent example of how rapidly TCCF is growing and improving. We
look forward to immediately offering this service to our customers.'

TCCF is wholly owned by Phoenix International Industries, Inc. of West Palm Beach, Florida, a public company
