Zead, I might have something else in a good deal for you. I have a bunch of DEC RL-02 disks and a drive I could practically give your friend. Let's see, at 5 MB apiece, I think I might have 40 of them, I guess he could get the other 360 just about anywhere to get his 2GB. The PDP-11 was a great seller, all of his friends probably are still using them somewhere, it's just a trivial detail to transfer data to a PC with Kermit. And DEC just got bought by Compaq, so it'll be around for quite a while.

And they are definitely HUGE! About 2 feet across, a couple of pounds apiece, solid brass under the mag coating, it won't take nearly as many of them to make TONS as it will these flimsy "high-capacity" disks.
