There is a "Logo" spot on the front left bottom of these phones. (The Sony CMD-500, and QCOM's QCP-800 and QCP-1900)

Sony puts their name here when they sell the phone, Primeco has their name on it, and Sprint has their name on it (the Sony name is on the top of the Sprint phones also phone). On all the phones, when you slide up the ear piece you see QCOM's Digital logo, and the text "Digital by Qualcomm"

I understand that on all the phones manufactued by a QCOM licensee this digital logo and the associated text must be on the phone.

I havn't seen any non-QCOM or Sony phones, so I can't confirm this.
