Joey and all: Over the past ten days I received disturbing material about UMSI of which I was completely in the dark. Living in Holland, I am far removed from the scene, and that is why you have seen my call for assistance. A US investor has come forward offering help, and I have send him the information to see if there is substance in these allegations.Nothing cryptic about this. Sure I am p.o. with Kostech, because I think that in their research of UMSI they could not but have come across at least some of the info that I became aware of. Some of that dates back to February this year. As far as I know they neither mentioned nor explained this in their reports.Perhaps for them it was not worth mentioning? Whatever goes,it was my mistake to trust these (on the surface) excellent reports from Kostech. I have 1500 shares of UMSI which I bought for $3000.- If I have to write off the whole lot I will still have a marvellous investment year. But I would still like to find out the truth about UMSI. Would not you? Laurens
