On an E-Wave basis the initial decline from the May highs is complete: stockcharts.com We aren't in a wave 4 of the decline because of the overlap with wave 1 or A on all indices. Therefore, in SPX, Dow etc. there is a complete ABC and in NDX, Composite 5 waves down. (I think this is an initial decline - before the year ends we will see lower values). We do seem to have made 5 waves up since the lows on Thursday. Therefore, a wave 2 or B pullback makes sense here. You are welcome to post here: Subject 51586 moom
