I disagree. If Barron's is full of cr*p, it's that OTHER article (Donlan's editorial) in the same issue, where they support Microsoft. The alleged failure of New York's educational system is interesting, but has nothing to do with the issues here. Perhaps it's all those Republicans up there. <g> And I don't admit to any improvement in the quality of life due to Microsoft -- if things are so good, why can't New York kids pass their tests? I didn't know GWB had chosen a running mate. Nor have I heard he doesn't intend to enforce U.S. antitrust law if elected. JMHO.
