Herr Doktor Hans! Tuna is not really all that healthy and neither are walnuts,unless you can be absolutely sure that they are NOT RANCID. I like tuna myself, but try to get Wild Alaskan Salmon instead, fresh or in the can, and for nuts___it is only almonds for this water baby! :):):) Cheers Eva
