The MJ converter box is $40. MJ will also add the option of porting existing phone numbers you already have to their units this year and also add Unix support. If I go with a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Provider, I would put together a dedicated Unix machine for it.

After reading Lindy's post on cable TV I have also been looking at other options there. Obviously an antenna would be the cheapest, but then again it would be a pretty dismal selection and is a bit medieval.
