tough battle going on today between the long and shorts on wfc. right now shorts have a slight edge. Certainly did not get the push i expected from the positive article in barrons. from a poster on the yahoo thread i gather that some hedge funds are long distressed mortgage debt and short major bank stocks. I dont really understand why C and BAC are up strong and WFC is down.
