It seems they believe the USA has given up. They are wrong on all counts from what is being said on talk radio and by the citizens. It is too bad that Mexico has such a corrupt government system, they could be one of the richest nations on earth with the oil resources they refuse to develop. They also have a coast line that could become a mecca for tourism. The jobs produced alone would take care of the people and the country for years to come.
