That's not good. Just gives it more time to hand around and gain strength in very warm water. Did you notice how strong Maria was the other day packings winds of 100 mph in what is suppossed to be much cooler waters east of Bermuda? How strong would it have been if it actually went into 15-20 degree warmer waters in our neck of the woods? wunderground.com
