The Company has entered into a two-year lease with DGI under which DGI will occupy 8,800 square feet of office and laboratory space for a gross rental of $211,200 per year. Under the terms of the lease, DGI has the right to cancel upon providing the Company with 90 days notice. In addition, for a fee, the Company has agreed to provide certain administrative support services to DGI until such time as DGI has put into place its own administrative infrastructure. The lease and support service agreement revenues were established at arm's length utilizing market value information.
