Maybe not a tech or housing boom, but there will be another boom. The idea that personal computers and the internet being so ubiquitous was not something people imagined 20 years ago.

Twenty years from now, it will be something else and whatever JXN is learning in school right now will not even address what will be happening.

Maybe energy will be the next gold rush. Maybe some greenie push. Probably something we're not even thinking about.
