That is exactly what I believe HAS been happening, as I pointed out earlier. Thus, the current AVIA price drop well below what it probably should be.

Also, I doubt that POKR shareholders would approve a deal that valued AVIA shares at significantly higher than market, at least at the time of the vote.

I agree that there is still a lot of uncertainty here, and that the deal will cause some strange price action, but I believe that once the dust settles and the outlook for the combined company becomes the focus rather than the deal, especially with the current industry boom, that the resulting company will do very well.
