I am not that worried about this particular insider. He sold 5,000 shares. Total value of the deal was $10,650. Not earthshaking even for Lidak. As far as raising capital to exercise options, seems a reasonable possibility. I use to work at Citibank and would get some options as part of my comp. One of the most common forms of exercise was "execrsales", selling just enough stock to get the funds to execrise the options.
