Look at a buyout from a dollar viewpoint. SYQT debt equals over $4 a share, then you'd need to add another $2 to $3 to address marketing concerns against IOM. I don't see how that WDC would be interested in buying a company when WDC has its own monetary crunch going on. How would WDC market SYQT against IOM. Don't see it.
