Market Action : Several reasons being cited for the almost 2% plunge by the Nasdaq since the beginning of the our, including a) Oracle preannouncing its quarter, b) negative comments by Dan Niles on Comm IC stocks during a CNNfn interview, and even c) General Motors report of a 20% decline in passenger car sales in August (which would more explain the Dow's sharp decline)
