It's NOT so easy for the shareholders to get together and "force" the BOD of a company to do much of anything.

That may be true but it is done none the less. Listen, I don't love the fact that these guys make so much money, I really think that it's pretty obscene since plenty like Michael Immelt don't earn it.

At the same time there's plenty of CEOs out there that earn every penny of their golden parachute. It's just not something the government should be involved in, nor do I think the gov't should be involved setting minimum wage either...
