V, well, the bright side of ignorance is that without having people to panic out of stocks like INTC in situations like this, there would be nobody from whom to buy. I took advantage of the situation to take a much larger piece of Intel than I usually hold for any stock. I'm very comfortable buying at this level -- kinda feels like an favorite old pair of shoes -- can't cause the pain of a pair with which I'm less familiar and they'll get me where I want to go. Funny finding myself with a larger-than-normal position of Intel again. It is one of the stocks that did very well for me a few years ago, and I subsequently rolled the money into other investments.
