CJ, one of atheism's greatest feats is to try and convince the world that it isn't a religion. I've seen many, many essays arguing for and against that notion. It's really easy to demonstrate that atheism is a religion: It's believers accept by faith that there is no God. Those who claim atheism isn't a religion use tons of nuance, but in the end do exactly what believers do in describing their own religion: They claim it's the truth, not just a "religion." As for evolution, well, almost every atheist believes in evolution, or more specifically, macro-evolution. Tenchusatsu
