EXDS It doesn't look good at all. Remember when CEO of Covad resigned? They soon filed BK afterward. However, COVD has worked out the problems with bondholders and still trading. They'll come out of BK and come back yet. Look at FNV. They're coming out of BK. Look at USG. Warren Buffett owns a boat load of this BK company.
