Hi Ramsey: I think the rumors of T's impending bankruptcy are greatly exaggerated. When it is done with upgrading its local cable plant 2 or 3 years from now, it may be in good shape. However, now is not the time for investing in T. It could easily go down to the 20's before turning the corner. Regards, Bernard Levy
