That is my guess, just based on my own observation. Not to say that all women like babies, but many just go gaagaa over them (like I do.) I love the way their heads smell, and their little gurgles, I filmed my kids sleeping for HOURS, and then tried to make people (well, relatives) actually watch the tapes. I found them enthralling, why I wondered did no one else share my enthusiasm. I still secretly enjoy them but would never torture others with them.

Thanks for the compliment on my poem. I've written a lot about my kids. I'll probably post some more now and then but I try not to post more than one poem a week.
