qveauriche, I believe your opinion of the board is correct versus that of Gary's. I am a past investor in GX and at the current price considering reentry. Because I do not follow all events that closely the board provides a quick summary without span and bashing of what is going on. It does not take much time to blow past a Yahoo news release. Bob
