Please help... I was downloading the weekly McAffee virus update, all of a sudden the screen froze, I control-alt-delete and the screen shut down and went into "safety mode" whatever that is, now everything on the screen is very big and some of the print is hazy... how do I get back into the normal mode? Please help... TIA
