Well, let me tell you it gets info 24 hours earlier re EDGAR than the net does. Since I am at the beach (Foutain Bleu if you msut know) until Monday, I've not got my Bloomberg or the ahrd copy. How many readers here spend their weekend at the beach at the Fountainbleu reading a hard copy of an S-1 and posting garbage on SI ? Auric, you need a hobby.
